Refer to the following about the opening schedule of the PC classroom during the winter vacation.

[Omiya Campus] Information Processing room at Omiya bldg.. No.5, Bldg. No.5 Printer room
[Shibaura Campus] PC room 3 ~ 4, Printer room
The available classrooms are different day by day. Please check “PC room Schedule” for available rooms when necessary.
※ Due to the maintenance or some other reasons, the available classrooms may change. The latest information will be posted on this page.

check There is no available room on holiday or outside open hour. (Pinter room is available with student ID card for 24 hours.)

 Self-service during the holidays and outside open hours is available before and after the winter holiday (before 12/25, after 1/7).

About supporting desk during winter vacation

Information system section is not available during winter vacation. Note that it is unable to add paper and correspond for machine trouble during the said period.

It is available to contact us by email as usual.
Depend on the date or time of the contact, it may take several days or a week to reply.

About Self-service

Please pay attention to the followings upon using the room.

  1. Each of room is locked. It is available when you hold your student ID over the card reader system near the door.
  2. Don’t leave the door open. When going outside of rom, please turn the lock then open the door.
  3. Turn on /off the light by yourself.
  4. No staff is available. It is unable to add paper for Multifunction Products and respond machine trouble.
  5. As in the case of usual, follow the rule of use of PC room (prohibition of bringing drinks and food, prohibition of unruly incident)
  6. Don’t create such a lack of morel for example keeping staying over the open time, moving chairs taking them outside, eating, drinking, and smoking. If a misdeed is discovered, we will reconsider about Self-service.
